Kristen M. Hackett has been one of the principals of Robert E. Hill since 2003. Kristen oversees the sales department in addition to managing several cooperative buildings, and she serves as the firm’s insurance broker. Her husband, Stewart, Robert E. Hill’s other principal, heads the management division of the firm.

Kristen joined Robert E. Hill in 1989 as a managing agent, working with cooperative, commercial and rental buildings. After a successful merger of her father’s business, Gary L. Moore Real Estate, with Robert E. Hill, Kristen worked along with Stewart and Gary to increase their management business by 100% over subsequent years. After Gary’s retirement in 2002, Kristen and Stewart assumed ownership of Robert E. Hill, Inc.

Kristen is proud of this successful, family-owned business, which has been in existence since 1919. As a third generation real estate broker and manager, she knows real estate is in her blood. Continuing the Broker-Owner tradition at Robert E. Hill of not competing for sales with her associate brokers, Kristen maintains a supervisory role with her sales team, but does not work directly with clients or customers.
